Aduke Onafowokan is a distinguished strategist, educator, and executive coach specialising in leadership, diversity, inclusion, equity, and culture. With a background in corporate law and a Master’s degree in International Law and Organisational Leadership from the University of Oxford, Aduke has deepened her expertise at renowned institutions, including Cambridge University, Northwestern School of Democracy, and INSEAD, focusing on gender diversity.

Throughout her career, Aduke has led significant national, regional, and global leadership, diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with various organisations to develop comprehensive strategies, conduct targeted training, and perform groundbreaking research. Her work spans multiple sectors, including health, public services, and financial services, where she has crafted anti-racism frameworks for prominent health organisations such as NHSBT and the NHS Confederation and developed EDI strategies for the National Lottery Community Fund.

Aduke’s commitment to advancing equity is evident through her founding of the Horizon Collective (formerly The Sister Sister Network), which has provided leadership and personal development opportunities for women worldwide. She has created high-impact educational programs for corporate entities such as Amazon, the University of London, MAPP, and Clydesdale Bank, ensuring her approaches are evidence-based and deeply informed by lived experiences.

An acclaimed public speaker, Aduke brings her insights to global audiences, expertly engaging with cultural competence, inclusive leadership, and organizational change topics.
