Chika leads the diversity, equity, and inclusion practice at Essenta; an international talent advisory firm headquartered in London.
Before joining the business, Chika spent several years working as a trusted consultant in the legal sector for Magic and Silver Circle law firms.
Chika has supported the implementation of several diversity programmes including an innovative return-to-work programme across seven city law firms, diversity audits, training sessions, and helping clients to set their global DE&I strategy.
Chika is the Co-founder of the DE&I Council; a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing DE&I in the UK backed by research and data-driven insights. Through the DE&I Council, Chika holds monthly DE&I forms and authors reports and best practices for the DE&I industry.
Chika is a respected speaker and qualified executive coach from Henley Business School. When not in meetings, you will likely find her at the gym, or on the netball court!
