Hannah Olarewaju

Inclusion Consultant & Emotional Intelligence Coach

Hannah Olarewaju is an Inclusion Consultant & Emotional Intelligence Coach with over 8 years of experience working in the diversity, equity and inclusion field, delivering in both grassroots and corporate settings. Her skills range from designing and facilitating training programmes, to curating inclusive events, to providing expert guidance and delivering them to clients nationally and internationally.

She has facilitated over 100+ training sessions all centred around inclusion within the workplace. This has been for small voluntary groups such as local choirs and community groups, all the way up to civil servants and private corporations. She has experience facilitating sessions from groups as small as 2, medium groups that range from 16 – 32 and speaking with larger groups that go into the 100s.

Her teaching philosophy is all about learning whilst doing, feeling and being conscious of the information being taken in and the application of it. It’s truly about stretching beyond what we currently know and allowing ourselves to increase our capacity, become more agile and adaptable in an ever changing world. Her methods of facilitation involve discussion, asking relevant & interesting questions and active listening, in order to provide course content at a high level. Her unique take on delivery is to first understand the current mindsets of individuals and bring them crucial DEI knowledge to help them develop a progressive mindset. A mindset that acknowledges and embraces the diversity around them. This technique has been very successful with the clients she has worked with, with many leaving her sessions feeling able to apply all new knowledge to their real lives.

Working with senior leadership in companies such as Helix, The V&A Museum, Ministry of Justice, Ride High, The CMA, The British Embassy, Prysmian, Marel, Elysium, Women’s Leaders UK, Cranfield University, HRA-NHS, The Scottish Fiscal Commission, Publicis Groupe and Redbridge CVS has enabled Hannah to bring this technique directly to the change agents.
