Rachel is a multi-award-winning organisational culture specialist with over twenty years experience in senior roles, culminating in her winning the 2023 DE&I Influencer and her company AECOM winning the Inclusive Culture award at the ENEI Awards 2023
Rachel is currently Director of HR Strategy and Organisational Culture at AECOM, the global infrastructure professional services company. She has developed an ambitious cultural strategy & delivery plan, achieving results at pace, achieving the Clear Silver Accreditation for ED&I, the ENEI awards and being Highly Commended at the European Diversity Awards.
Prior to this, Rachel spent sixteen years in policing in a variety of strategic police staff roles and was D&I Lead at the Metropolitan Police Service, where she delivered initiatives with impact, including the Women Returners Programme and MetBaby parenting programme. She also re-engineered the workplace adjustments process and introduced adjustment and carer’s passports to support disability inclusion.
A chartered CIPD member and MBTI practitioner, she is also an ILM7 advanced Executive coach and mentor who specialises in mentoring underrepresented groups, including maternity and career returnees as well as positive action schemes
