Passionate about technology and education, Mafalda Rebordão is an economist by degree and intra & entrepreneur at heart. She worked at Google for the last 5 years of her life, bringing AI to the EMEA markets. She is also teaching (and advising the Dean in the Executive Board) at Nova School of Business and Economics (a TOP15 worldwide Financial Times business school).
She has lived in 5 different countries and studied at some of the top business schools like HÉC and CBS. Mafalda was selected by the President of Portugal to advise him about the future of the country and she is also part of the Board of the Center for Responsible AI pioneering the AI talent HUB.
Mafalda is the co-founder of a TOP10% most shared globally podcast on Spotify, Ponto Zero, to create more female role models. Mafalda is also the co-founder and President of an NGO (C-level Mentorship academy) to support closing the leadership ambition gap. She was the first Portuguese to be selected as Promising Young Leader by the St. Gallen Symposium and Financial Times. Mafalda recently published her first book and was recognised by FORBES. She is opening doors to the younger generation and women to make sure she may be the first but won’t be the last.
